What is pulling you down?

If you are old enough to be reading this, then there's a guaranteed chance that you have felt low. Maybe you are feeling low reading this right now. It could be because of literally millions of reasons.

Mood swings, excessive intake of sugar, excessive intake of anything, intake of something that's not meant for intake, doing something you are not used to, hating someone, etc,.

Everyone wants to come out of this because who wants to stay inside crying over the weekend?
So stand up, go to the mirror and speak to yourself. Remind yourself that you aren't meant to be pushed down by that someone you hate. Remind yourself that consuming sugar can not spoil  the weekend you have been looking forward to. Remind yourself that lifes all about discovering and learning new things and you can't simply feel down because of something you aren't responsible.

Listen to some good music. Trust me, it does wonders.

Take a break, Relax and eat. Yes, don't skip that.

What is the whole point of feeling low?
Is it loneliness?
Is it regret?
Is it overthinking?

Don't all of those come under the same category?

Try to keep yourself occupied more than your capacity supports because that way, you won't be able to think too much.

Try to sit back and start on with a new TV series.

The conclusion is,
You simply don't back down. There's no end to this struggle that you wish ends.
There's always light at the end of the tunnel.
