The Greedy One

Once in the jungle of kadu,there lived a monkey.He was very greedy.Once the soldiers of a neighboring kingdom came and rested under the tree in which the monkey lived.They were boiling grains which were to be given to the horses.As they were tired,they forgot about the grains and slept in a nearby tree. The grains were boiling under the greedy monkey's tree.The monkey was very happy.He happily climbed down the tree and filled his hands,legs and mouth.While climbing up,a grain fell down.He not wanting to lose the grain,climbed hurridly down.While climbing down,all the grains fell.He didn't notice that.When he gave up finding the grain,he realized that he had lost all the grains.But it was too late.The soldiers had woken up.From that day on,he learnt a lesson that not be greedy.All the other monkeys wondered what had happened to the greedy monkey.
