What is pulling you down?
If you are old enough to be reading this, then there's a guaranteed chance that you have felt low. Maybe you are feeling low reading this right now. It could be because of literally millions of reasons. Mood swings, excessive intake of sugar, excessive intake of anything, intake of something that's not meant for intake, doing something you are not used to, hating someone, etc,. Everyone wants to come out of this because who wants to stay inside crying over the weekend? So stand up, go to the mirror and speak to yourself.
