Nuts are usually dried seeds or fruits that consist of a dry shell and seed which are usually edible and are of provide great nutrition value for the human body. Nuts are a healthy dose of mono and polyunsaturated oils.
There are few types of nuts which are quite common. Some of them are:

Almonds are special. They contain the highest amount of nutrients than any other nut. If you avoid dairy products like milk, cheese, butter and milk sweets , you might want to consider almonds ‘cause they contain the perfect amount of calcium needed by the human body and in some cases , even more than milk … surprising right?!!... and there’s more in store … almonds are also one of the very few nuts which are rich in vitamin E which is the nutrient that helps in the whitening , brightening and enhancing the beauty of your skin . Cashews are those apostrophe shaped cream coloured nuts which come packed inside a shell which contains irritating acids and is harmful for the human body. Cashew shells are present at the bottom of cashew apples which are usually red in colour . Cashews have less fat content than other nuts. They acquire their creamy and silky texture from excessive consistency of starch. Cashews are common in baked and fried edibles. The Cashew tree is a put into the category of evergreen trees which produces the cashew apple thus, the cashew seed which contains the cashew nut. Cashews contain proteins and minerals like iron and zinc. Cashews should totally be In consideration by you if you are from a vegetarian diet. 1. HAZELNUTS:
These nuts are like celebrities when compared to other nuts. These type of nuts “star” in many chocolates and chocolate spreads.. When I used the word chocolate spreads, I know for sure that nutella popped in your mind from nowhere. Don’t worry, its not just you, its every possible citizen who knows to eat nacho’s..
Hazelnuts are very bitter if eaten with the outer cover and damn sweet if eaten without the outer cover. Hazelnuts also feature in many coffee brands and also in my favourite type of coffee… cappuccino!! . Hazelnuts are one of the very few nuts that are available online for sale. Check out hazelnuts if you are concerned about heart related problems caused due to high levels of homocysteine which is basically an amino acid related to conditions like parkinsons. Hazelnuts are the storehouse of folate which helps in keeping homocysteine levels in control.

  1. PEANUTS:
Peanuts …. These nuts are special ‘cause they are used as a topping in Asian noodles…kidding!
Peanuts are the nuts which are the most common in the United States of America. They’re basically legumes which quite explain why they look like pea’s while growing. Peanuts are grinded into oils or made into butter which is a delicacy favored by people around the globe. They are baked too!!... So practically they, are multitaskers!.. shout out’s to peanuts!!..

  1. PECANS:
Pecans are nuts that feature high fat content which gives them the rich, creamy, buttery taste. Pecans contain plant sterols, valuable compounds that are valuably effective at lowering cholesterol/fat levels. Pecans prevent the formation of plaque ‘cause they are rich in anti-oxidant levels which causes the hardening of arteries. Pecans are rich in oleic acid the healthy fat compound found in avocado’s and olives. Pecans are a good source of B3 which is the perfect option if you are fighting fatigue because this vitamin helps us to break the energy in our food and use it for our daily life. This nut, native to America, is a part of many candies and pies. This type of nut gets along well with cayenne and other savory dishes. This nut consists of a thin shell which breaks off easily which accelerates the process of decaying...So avoid any cracked shell pecans.

  1. MACADAMIAS:
This is nut, from Australia native to north eastern new south wales and central and south eastern queensland.
Macadamias are also known as Queensland nut. This nut comes from its tree which is from the plant family of proteaceae. These come from evergreen type of trees. Macadamias are full of fat and calories . Macadamias also act as a very good guardian for your heart . This is surprising ‘cause fat isn't healthy for your heart but this nut equals the fat content with olive oil. Now that’s surprising . this nut can be taken as a alternative snack instead of the junk that goes in your stomach and has problems digesting and ….well..you know..

  1. PINE NUTS:
what they say. Pine nuts are a fine and exquisite brand of nuts. Pine nuts can be compared to the queen of England if she had uncountable twins…  also known as piƱon   or pignoli nuts, these small nuts are in the shape of tear drops..They are crying ‘cause we just compared thy royal highness (of course I mean the pine nuts) to the queen of England.  There is intensive labor work required to process these nuts (they’d probably go nuts!) their sensitive piny taste is a delicacy to be added among cookies . They tend to burn easily while tasting so please watch out!!!

  1. PISTACHIOS:
These nuts are green due to the presence of chlorophyll which grows during the process of growth. There is a trick to find out whether the nuts are immature …  the ones with the fully closed shells are immature so avoid those. And the ones with the red shells are dyed..(spoiler alert!!)  . Pistachios are crunchy and give a nutty taste to desserts . Pistachios are also used to give that same crunchy affect as almonds and are used in cakes etc.
